  • What is the Formula?
    The Formula is an hour-long, beat-driven workout where you are guaranteed to SWEAT while smiling. This is a low impact, high intensity fitness class with optional added weights for more resistance and strength training.
  • Who should come to class?
    The Formula is open level and designed to be accessible to everyone. We recommend getting to class a bit early and letting your instructor know you are a newcomer. She will be happy to provide you with extra attention and modifications throughout your class. Please advise the instructor of specific injuries or limitations or pregnancies prior to class.
  • Where do I park?
    The Parking Lot is shared with other businesses, and tends to fill up fast, so we encourage parking in front of the studio only. The opposite side of the building in front of the barn is also available. Double parking behind each other is highly encouraged!
  • What do I wear and bring to class?
    We recommend wearing whatever clothing you feel most comfortable moving and sweating in! Sneakers are a must! Bring COLD water, because you are going to sweat. We supply mats, towels, weights and a welcoming atmosphere!
  • What if I miss class ? Whats your cancellation policy?
    If you know you cannot make class ahead of time, please cancel 12 hours before the start of class to avoid being charged the price of the class.
  • I think I might need some more one on one attention, do you offer Private Training?
    YES! We offer on site or in-home private training. Pricing available on request
