Blending the alignment of Pilates, the burn of barre, the athletic edge of functional training, and the metabolic push of HIIT, The Formula creates a rare balance: maximum output with minimal joint strain—all driven by a curated beat that sets the pace and fuels your fire.

Every class is structured in four transformative phases:
Warm-up + Arms, Thighs, Abs, and Glutes—to elevate the heart rate, sculpt lean lines, and ignite your inner strength. We finish with a signature stretch to lengthen the muscles, release tension, and restore balance.
